Hospital and bedside signings are frequently urgent, and I do my best to be there when you need me, including evenings, weekends, and on short notice. I serve hospitals, hospice, assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehab centers across Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Hemet, Perris, and the surrounding communities. What the law requires of the signer
Even in difficult circumstances, the signer must be conscious, aware, and able to communicate their willingness and understanding of what they are signing. By law, I cannot notarize for someone who is unconscious, heavily sedated, or otherwise unable to understand or communicate, no matter how urgent the need. The signer must also present valid photo identification or qualify through credible witnesses. If you are unsure whether your loved one is able to sign, call me and we can talk through the situation before I make the trip.
