Service
Estate Planning Notarization
Estate planning documents only protect your family if they are executed correctly, and that is exactly what I focus on. I notarize living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives at your home, office, or bedside, with patience and attention to detail. Estate planning is for every adult — I work with clients of all ages, from people in their early twenties putting a first plan in place to families and seniors — throughout the Temecula Valley and Riverside County, day or evening, seven days a week by appointment.

- Advance Healthcare Directives
- Grant Deeds

Convenience when it matters most
Estate planning is for every adult, and the right time to put your documents in place is often earlier than people think. Some signings also involve clients who are recovering or simply unable to travel easily, and that is when a mobile notary makes all the difference. I come to your home, office, a family member's residence, or a care facility so the signing happens where you are most comfortable. I bring the same care and professionalism whether we meet at your kitchen table or your bedside. You set the time, and I work around your schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Correct execution that holds up
A trust or directive that is signed incorrectly can create costly problems for your loved ones later, so I take care to confirm identity, witness the signatures properly, and complete the notarial certificate exactly as required under California law. Please note that I am a notary public, not an attorney, and I do not draft documents or provide legal advice about your estate plan. If you have questions about what your documents should say or how they should be structured, please consult a licensed attorney. My role is to make sure the notarization itself is done right so your documents stand up when they are needed.
