Trusted mobile notary in Menifee

I'm Aldric, a Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent serving Menifee. From Sun City to Audie Murphy Ranch, I bring notary services right to your door.

Menifee blends longtime retirees in Sun City with fast-growing young families in Heritage Lake and Audie Murphy Ranch, and both deserve a notary who comes to them. I travel across the city, off the I-215 and along Newport and Scott Road, so no one has to drive to a bank branch or shipping store. You always deal directly with me, a commissioned California notary who knows the area.

Proudly serving Riverside County, California.

How mobile notary service works in Menifee

Reach out with what you need signed and your location, and I'll set an appointment that works, including evenings and weekends. I come to homes throughout Menifee, from the 55-plus communities of Sun City to the newer developments near Menifee Lakes and Mt. San Jacinto College. The state fee is $15 per signature, plus a flat mobile travel fee I quote before I arrive. Just have a valid photo ID and your unsigned document ready, and I'll guide you through it.

Documents I notarize most in Menifee

Menifee's strong retiree community means I'm frequently asked to notarize living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives, often during estate-planning signings at home. For families in Heritage Lake and Audie Murphy Ranch, I handle deeds, refinance paperwork, and minor travel consents. I also notarize affidavits, beneficiary forms, and DMV documents. I'm patient with seniors who want each page explained.

Estate signings, hospital visits and same-day service in Menifee

I regularly meet Menifee clients at home for estate-planning document signings, and I travel to local care facilities and hospitals when a loved one cannot come to me. With 10 years as a Notary Signing Agent, I also handle loan signings for buyers and homeowners across the city with accuracy. Evening, weekend, and same-day appointments are often available for urgent matters. I'm bonded, carry $1,000,000 in errors and omissions insurance, and pass annual background checks.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a mobile notary?

A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to you — your home, office, a hospital, a care facility, or anywhere convenient — to witness signatures and notarize documents, instead of you driving to a bank or shipping store and waiting in line.

What do I need to have ready?

Three things: a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) for each signer; the document itself, complete but preferably not yet signed (for a Jurat/Oath, signing in front of me is a requirement); and every signer present at the appointment. If you're unsure, just ask before we meet.

How much does it cost?

California regulates notarial acts at a maximum of $15 per signature notarized. Because this is a mobile service, a separate travel fee applies based on your location and timing — I always quote it clearly and upfront, with no surprises.

Loan signings and multi-document jobs are quoted as a flat package — just ask.

Are you a certified loan signing agent?

Yes. I'm LSS and NNA-trained, background-checked signing agent with 10 years of notary experience, 12 years of real estate & lending experience and $1 million in errors & omissions insurance. I handle purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, and more for escrow & title companies, lenders, and borrowers.

Where will you meet me?

Wherever is easiest — your home, your workplace, a hospital or care facility, a coffee shop, even a jail or detention facility. I'm available 24/7 by appointment across the Temecula Valley and surrounding areas. I also service most of Southern California on specific assignments, just ask!

Do you handle apostilles?

Yes. If you need a document authenticated for use in another country, I handle the full apostille process — from notarization through the California Secretary of State, with an express 24–48 hour option (same day when possible). I also have a thorough explanation of that service on my dedicated Apostille site; just head to my apostille page or ask me directly.

Can you notarize a document written in another language?

In most cases, yes. As long as I can identify the signer with a valid ID and the signer tells me which notarial certificate (the wording I complete) they want me to use (Acknowledgment or Jurat), the body of the document can be in another language. Reach out with the specifics and I'll confirm.
